The plan calls for the use of a managed breeding program utilizing animals in Zoos in order to reintroduce endangered species back into wild. The coin was minted in China and distributed primarily to collectors in China and Hong Kong, thus the legends are in Chinese and English.

The obverse of the coin shows the Liberian Arms which features a ship and the legend "The Love of Liberty Brought Us Here".
This commemorative coin makes a great collectible gift for yourself or any Panda collector.
